The Documents section provides a centralised, view-only access point for the Claim Summary document associated with the claim. The Claim Summary is a system-generated document that contains key information about the claim, providing a comprehensive overview in a single downloadable file. This widget serves as a quick reference point, enabling users to access and download the Claim Summary without the ability to modify or remove it directly from this interface. It packages claim narrative and key fields for sharing with factories, insurers, or internal commercial teams, while detailed evidence such as inspection reports usually sits under Files.
