Details
The Details section holds the core metadata for each compliance record—identifiers, ownership, factory links, and type-specific flags—so certificates, audits, and licences stay searchable and auditable. Most fields remain editable where permissions allow, which keeps reporting, routing, and operational views accurate. Centralising this data standardises how teams categorise records across suppliers and factories.

Quick Check - Before You Start
- Open the compliance record you need to maintain and confirm your user has edit rights for Details.
- Know where Factory, Agent, Type, and Critical Path are maintained in Site Settings so you can request updates from an administrator.
- If reporting depends on ownership, identify the correct Manager before saving changes.

Troubleshooting
Why can’t I edit a field on Details?
Some values are permission-controlled or populated automatically from templates and integrations.
Steps to resolve:
- Confirm your role allows editing compliance metadata.
- Ask an administrator whether the field is locked or fed from an integration.
The Factory link or Agent list looks wrong—how do I fix it?
Factory and Agent references come from Site Settings > Company > Suppliers; Type tags come from Audit Type.
Steps to resolve:
- Update supplier or factory records in Site Settings.
- Refresh the compliance record and reselect Factory or Agent if identifiers changed.
Critical Path shows as linked but I don’t see tasks—what next?
Templates are configured in Site Settings > Compliance > Critical Path; the record may need the critical path tab opened or milestones generated per your workflow.
Steps to resolve:
- Open Manage the Critical Path from Related Actions on this page.
- Verify the template attached on Details matches the compliance type you expect.
