Compliance History
The Compliance History list is a read-only catalogue of past audits and licences for the factory or supplier shown in Details. It offers chronological context for sourcing and risk reviews without exposing edit controls from this view. Use it to gauge track record before onboarding or renewing partnerships. The list surfaces how compliance status, validity periods, and audit outcomes have evolved over time, including certificate renewals and progression through workflow states. That view helps teams spot patterns such as repeated corrective actions before they commit to new programmes or extensions.

Important Notes When Using History
Read-Only Section: The History section is for viewing only. You cannot add, edit, or delete records from this section. To make changes, navigate to the compliance record from the main compliance list or use the appropriate related actions.
Factory or Supplier Context: The History list is filtered by the factory or supplier selected in Compliance Details. Ensure you have selected the correct entity before reviewing the history.
Record Status: Expired or inactive records remain visible in the History for traceability. Use the Status column to distinguish between active and expired compliance items.
Data Accuracy: History data is system-generated and reflects the current state of compliance records. For detailed change history of files and actions within a record, refer to the Compliance History Log.
Best Practices
Use it as a Quick Reference for Supplier Vetting: When considering a new project with an existing supplier, quickly review their compliance history. This provides an immediate overview of their track record, including the types of audits they have passed and their historical adherence to standards, helping you make more informed sourcing decisions.
Understand the Context of Past Issues: If a supplier has a corrective action plan in place, their compliance history can provide valuable context. You can see the original audit or licence that led to the corrective actions, helping you understand the background of the issue and track their improvement over time.
Cross-Reference with History Log: For detailed activity within a specific compliance record (e.g., file uploads, downloads, deletions), use the Compliance History Log to view a complete audit trail of actions performed on that record.
