Preview Image
The Preview Image is a read-only factory photo propagated from the linked factory record onto the compliance card and detail header. It gives auditors and managers an instant visual anchor without opening another module. Click through to full-screen when you need to inspect signage, layout, or branding details. The image provides facility context for remote reviews and helps reviewers confirm they are discussing the correct site alongside file-based evidence. It is particularly useful when several factories or addresses sit under one supplier name.

Important Notes When Using Preview Images
Factory-Sourced: The preview image is pulled from the image of the factory associated with the compliance record. It cannot be edited or deleted from this panel.
Access Control: Preview image visibility follows the same access permissions as the compliance record. Users without access to the record cannot view the preview image.
Best Practices
Factory Image: Ensure the factory associated with the compliance record has a clear, high-resolution image. Since the preview is pulled from the factory, a quality factory image provides immediate visual context when browsing compliance records.
