Component Order History
The Order History section provides a complete, chronological list of all orders associated with a specific component. This feature is essential for traceability, procurement tracking, and maintaining a historical reference for all sourcing activities. It surfaces procurement history for that component across repeats, trials, and bulk buys without opening each order manually.
The Order History is located in the sidebar of the component record. It displays every order that includes the selected component, offering direct navigation for quick reviews or follow-ups.
Core Actions
These actions are available when viewing the Order History section.

| Order Logging | Every time a component is added to an order, that order is automatically logged here. |
| Quick Access | Each entry in the list links directly to the full order record for detailed viewing. |
Viewing Order History
- Click on the Order History section to be redirected to the Order Search View.
- The search results will be automatically pre-filtered to display only orders containing the current component.
Filter Behaviour
If you apply new filters in the search view, the results will no longer be restricted to the selected component. The system will instead display all orders across every component that match the new filter criteria.
