Manage Company Details

The Company Details section allows administrators to configure company-level information that appears on documents, portals, and internal directories. This section is accessible via the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation menu.

Administrator Access Required

Only users with administrator permissions can access and update the Company Details section. Non-administrators will not see this option in the menu.

Quick Check - Before You Start
  • Confirm you are an administrator so Settings > Company is available
  • Gather logo, addresses, contact details, and any manufacturing tags you want on record
  • Pick the correct timezone because it drives timestamps across the platform

Accessing the Company Details

  1. Click the Settings icon from the left menu.
  2. Navigate to the Company tab.
  3. Edit the fields as needed and save changes.

Company Information Fields

Field Description
Logo
  • Upload a company logo.
  • This will be visible to your customers and suppliers in documents and on the portal.
Company Name
  • The name of the company.
  • Displayed across documents and in the portal interface.
Timezone
  • Select the appropriate timezone for your account.
  • This affects timestamps across the platform.
Address
  • The main business address, including: Address 1, Address 2, Country/Region, Town/Suburb, State, and Zip/Postcode.
  • Used on official documents.
Shipping Address
  • Enter the shipping address if different from the main address.
  • Used for order-related documentation.
Contact
  • Provide your website, email, and main company contact number.
  • This is shown on the portal and customer-facing documents.
Profile
  • A rich text field to describe your company’s mission, capabilities, or background.
  • Shown in the 3 Clicks internal company directory.
Monthly Capacity
  • Enter your manufacturing capacity in units per month.
  • You may optionally define capacities by product style type.
Manufacturing Items
  • Add tags for the types of products your company manufactures (e.g., T-shirts, Denim, Outerwear)
  • These tags help customers identify your specialties.

Tips for directory and documents
  • Keep your contact and address information current to avoid order or communication issues.
  • Use the Company Profile field to enhance your visibility and credibility in the 3 Clicks directory.
  • If you manufacture multiple product types, be specific with your Manufacturing Items tags to improve customer search results.

Troubleshooting

Why can’t I open Company Details?

The section is visible only to administrator users.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Verify your role with your organisation
  2. Log out and back in after an admin promotes you
  3. Use Manage Staff Account (as an admin) to confirm your permissions if the menu entry is still missing
Our documents show the wrong address or timezone—what should we update?

Company Details feeds official address, shipping, contact, and timezone fields into portals and paperwork.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Edit Address, Shipping Address, and Contact blocks so they match legal and operational reality
  2. Set Timezone to the primary business location that should govern timestamps
  3. Regenerate or re-download a sample document to confirm the new values appear as expected
How do we improve how customers find us in the directory?

Discovery leans on Company Profile text and Manufacturing Items tags in addition to the formal name.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Complete the Profile rich text with concise capability statements
  2. Add specific Manufacturing Items tags (for example product categories you actively produce)
  3. Upload a high-quality Logo so branded listings remain recognisable across the portal
