Favourites
Favourites let customers save products they want to revisit without searching the full B2B Online Store catalogue again. This is useful for repeat purchases, seasonal planning, and keeping frequently ordered styles easy to find.
Quick Check - Before You Start
- Log in with your own Customer Portal user account so favourites are saved against the correct profile.
- Browse the B2B Online Store first to find products you want to save.
- Remove products from favourites when they are no longer relevant to keep the list useful.
Add a Product to Favourites
- Open the Store.
- Find the product you want to save.
- Click the Favourite or star icon on the product card or product detail page.
- Confirm the product appears in Favourites.
Review Favourites
Open Favourites from the Customer Portal navigation to view saved products. From this page you can reopen a product in the B2B Online Store, review available colours and sizes, and add items to cart where the product is still available.
Remove a Favourite
- Open Favourites.
- Locate the product you no longer need.
- Click the active Favourite or star icon again to remove it from the list.
Product Availability
Favouriting a product does not reserve stock or guarantee future availability. Always review product details before adding the item to cart.

Why is a product missing from Favourites?
Favourites are saved against your Customer Portal user account and depend on current product availability. A product can also disappear if its eCommerce publishing details are incomplete.
Steps to resolve:
- Confirm you are logged in with the same account that saved the product.
- Search for the product in the B2B Online Store to check whether it is still available.
- If the product should still be available, ask the seller to confirm it is Published and has Available Until and Sell Prices configured in Style > eCommerce.
- Add the product to Favourites again if it is available but no longer saved.
Why can I not add a favourite product to cart?
A favourite product still needs valid colour, size, and quantity selections before it can be ordered.
Steps to resolve:
- Open the product from Favourites.
- Review available colours, sizes, pricing, and Minimum Order Quantity. If pricing is missing, ask the seller to check Sell Prices in Style > eCommerce.
- Enter valid quantities and add the product to Cart from the product detail page.
Why did a favourite disappear after I removed it?
Clicking the active Favourite or star icon removes the product from the list.
Steps to resolve:
- Open the B2B Online Store and find the product again.
- Click the Favourite or star icon to save it again.
- Refresh Favourites to confirm the product appears in the list.
