Manage Personal Details

Troubleshooting

Why didn’t my profile picture upload?

Unsupported formats or oversized files can be rejected by the uploader without a clear error on some browsers.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Convert the image to PNG or JPG and keep file size reasonable
  2. Drag and drop again or click the upload area to retry after a full page refresh
  3. Try another browser if the preview never appears after multiple attempts
I am not receiving password reset or notification emails—what should I check?

The account uses your Personal Details email as the primary destination for security messages.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Confirm the Email Address field shows the inbox you actually monitor
  2. Search Spam or Junk for messages from 3 Clicks
  3. Run Reset password again after correcting the email, and add the sender to your safe list if corporate filtering applies
Why is my language change not applying everywhere?

Some areas may cache session language or rely on browser defaults until you reload.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Pick the desired language from the dropdown and save if a save action is shown
  2. Refresh the page or log out and back in to propagate the preference
  3. Clear browser cache only if the UI still shows the old locale after a new session
