Profile Settings

Profile Settings let Customer Portal users maintain their personal account information. Use this area to keep your name, email, profile image, language preference, and password details current.

Quick Check - Before You Start
  • Open profile settings from your profile avatar or account menu.
  • Use an email address you actively monitor for account and password messages.
  • Use a clear PNG or JPG file if uploading a profile image.

Open Profile Settings

  1. Click your profile avatar or account menu.
  2. Select Profile Settings or Personal details.
  3. Review your account information.

Editable Profile Fields

Field Description
Profile Picture Upload an image to help identify your account.
First Name Your displayed first name.
Surname Your displayed last name or family name.
Email Address Your log-in email and primary contact address.
Language Your preferred interface language.
Password Use password reset actions to update your log-in credentials.

Update Your Details

  1. Open Profile Settings.
  2. Edit the fields you need to change.
  3. Upload a new profile image if required.
  4. Save your changes.
  5. Refresh the page or log out and back in if updated details are not reflected immediately.

Password and Account Access

Use the Reset password action when you need to update your credentials. Password reset messages are sent to the email address recorded in your profile settings.

Email Accuracy

Keep your email address correct so you can receive password resets, notifications, and order-related messages.

Troubleshooting

Why did my profile changes not appear straight away?

Some profile details may require a page refresh or a new session before they appear across the portal.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Confirm the edited fields were saved.
  2. Refresh the page and check your profile menu again.
  3. Log out and back in if the old details still appear.
Why can I not upload my profile image?

The image may be an unsupported file type, too large, or blocked by the browser upload session.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Use a clear PNG or JPG file.
  2. Refresh the page and retry the upload.
  3. Try another browser if the upload preview does not appear.
Why am I not receiving password reset emails?

Password reset messages are sent to the email address recorded in your profile settings.

Steps to resolve:

  1. Confirm your Email Address is correct.
  2. Check Spam or Junk folders for the reset email.
  3. Retry Reset password after updating your email or ask your administrator for help.
