Comments
The Comments tab allows users to collaborate directly within a license record. This section supports internal discussion, real-time clarifications, and review history—all in a centralized, traceable format.
This feature streamlines communication between team members managing licensing contracts. Each comment is logged with user attribution and timestamps, making it ideal for audit trails and collaborative updates. Threads commonly hold licensor discussions, royalty negotiations, and contract review notes that sit outside the signed PDF. Locked comments keep sensitive commercial commentary internal whilst preserving a complete collaboration history for licensing managers.

| @ Mentions | Use the dedicated @ icon in the textbox tool panel or press @ while typing to mention multiple team members at once. The dropdown list shows up to 10 results, making it easier to find and mention colleagues in larger teams. This multiselect feature allows you to notify several people simultaneously in a single action. Each mentioned user displays an X button next to their name, making it easy to remove them if needed. |
