The Costing History tab provides a centralized view of all costings associated with a specific license. It helps users track how a license is being used in product development and ensures transparency in financial reporting.
When this tab is selected, users are redirected to the Costing Search screen with results automatically filtered by the current license. This allows teams to quickly analyze usage patterns, validate costing accuracy, and trace financial impact across multiple products. The scoped view supports royalty cost tracking and helps finance confirm how license fees and percentages flow through linked cost sheets. It is the fastest way to see which styles or components are driving royalty exposure under this agreement.
