The Delete function allows authorized users to remove a license when it is no longer needed or was created in error. This action is restricted to users with the appropriate permissions. Deletion permanently removes the license agreement record from active use, so prefer Cancelled or similar status when the organisation must retain the agreement for regulatory or brand audits. Confirm that dependent costings and orders no longer require the record before you confirm removal.
How to Delete
To delete a license:
- Click the delete icon located in the top-left toolbar of the license detail view.
- A confirmation popup will appear. Review the warning message.
- Confirm the deletion to permanently remove the license item.
Permissions Required
Only users with deletion rights (defined in admin permissions) can remove license items.
If you do not see the delete icon, check with your system administrator.

- Double-check all contract details before deletion—this action is permanent.
- Use deletion sparingly; consider marking a license as Cancelled if you need to retain the record for audit purposes.
