History Log

The History tab provides a detailed, chronological log of file-related actions performed within a license record. It supports transparency, user accountability, and audit-readiness by tracking every upload, download, and modification.

This feature allows users and administrators to view who did what, when, and to which license-related document or folder. The history is essential for compliance monitoring and operational reviews. It is the detailed audit trail for file and folder activity on the agreement record—uploads, downloads, and removals of agreements, royalty exhibits, and brand assets. Pair it with Comments and Status when investigators need both documentary access evidence and narrative context.

Columns

Field Description
Date Timestamp of the action performed.
Action Type of activity (e.g., Upload, Download, Edit).
Items File or folder impacted by the action.
Value From Source or context of the action (e.g., document category, workflow stage).
User The person who performed the action.
