The Members section allows users to assign internal team members to a license item. This facilitates collaboration, task ownership, and visibility across departments involved in managing the licensing process.

Assigning members ensures that everyone responsible for a license is clearly listed and can access or take action on the license record. Members may represent roles such as Legal, Finance, Merchandising, or Product Development. Licensing managers and brand relationship contacts usually appear alongside legal and merchandising stakeholders so renewals, royalty queries, and approvals reach accountable owners. Periodic reviews keep assignments aligned when responsibilities shift between seasons or regions.

Manage License Members

To add or remove members from a license:

  1. Click the plus icon to open the member search menu.
  2. Search by name in the dialog that appears.
  3. Tick the checkbox next to each person you want to assign.
  4. Confirm your selection to add them as members.

Search Members

To remove a member:

  1. Click the trash icon next to the person's name.
  2. Confirm the removal in the prompt.
