Preview Image

The Preview Image feature allows users to upload a visual reference to each license, such as a campaign logo, licensor branding, or product sample image. This enhances visual identification and quick scanning of license records. Licensed brand or property imagery makes each agreement recognisable in search results and portfolio views without opening the full record. Align the preview with the brand marks referenced in Files so creative and compliance reviewers see consistent visuals.

Upload Image

To add a preview image:

  1. Click the image area on the license card.
  2. This opens the image upload popup.
  3. Click the upload box or drag and drop a file into the upload zone.
  4. Supported formats include PNG and JPG.

Once uploaded, the image will be displayed as a visual preview in the license header.

Delete Image

To remove an existing preview image:

  1. Click the trash icon on the image display.
  2. Confirm removal by selecting Yes in the popup.

Tips

  • Use high-quality images (under 2MB) to ensure clarity.
  • Stick to standard branding or campaign visuals for easy recognition.
  • If the image relates to a specific season or campaign, consider including that in the license description as well.
