Management of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
You can review MFA status, turn MFA off or on for your own account, and see how administrators enforce MFA for the organisation. Self-service options live under My Profile > Security; staff-wide visibility and enforcement use Site Settings. The sections below describe each area and what you can change safely.
Managing Your MFA Settings
Once you have set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for your 3 Clicks account, you can manage your MFA settings through the My Profile > Security and in Site Settings > Company > Staff. Here’s how you can do that:
My Profile > Security > Viewing MFA Status
- Navigate to My Profile > Security to view your current MFA status.
- This section will indicate whether MFA is enabled or disabled for your account.

My Profile > Security > Disabling MFA
- If you need to disable MFA, simply click the "Disable MFA" button to turn off this feature.

- A confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that MFA has been successfully disabled.

Note
You can easily re-enable MFA if you decide to use it again by clicking "Enable", and set up again.
Site Settings > Company > Staff > MFA Status
You can view wether a staff's account has enabled MFA in their account through the MFA column.

Enforcement of MFA
The MFA feature allows administrators to enhance account security across the organisation by requiring all users to use MFA when accessing the system.

Note
You can enable or disable this function in Site Settings > Company > General Settings > MFA.
MFA is On
When MFA enforcement is turned on, all users within the company will be prompted to set up and use multi-factor authentication during sign-in. This ensures that access is only granted to verified users who can provide both their password and a secondary authentication factor (such as a code from an authenticator app).
MFA is Off
When MFA enforcement is turned off, MFA setup remains optional for users, allowing them to choose in enabling it individually.
This management process ensures that you maintain control over your MFA settings, enhancing your account security while providing flexibility in how you access your 3 Clicks account.
