Use this section to configure and request ticketing components for each order. It supports multiple ticket types, each with specific fields. You can edit or delete tickets directly in the table.

Helpful Tips

  • Keep quantities aligned with production runs; small overages can reduce rework.
  • Align Ticket Order Numbers with your fulfilment or carton labels to simplify reconciliation.
  • Finalise ticket types and field visibility in Site Settings before creating large batches to avoid retrofitting.

Troubleshooting

Why is the Tickets section missing or different from what I expect?

Visibility and fields depend on Site Settings. Enable the element under Order > General Settings and confirm the active Ticket Type matches your workflow.

Why is Colourway empty on a price sticker row?

Colourways come from Order > Colours & Pricing. Add or select colourways there first, then return to Tickets.

I edited a cell—why did my change disappear?

Inline edits save when you click outside the field. Click away from the cell after typing to trigger the automatic save.
