Claim History
The Claim History section provides a list of all claims associated with an order, allowing you to review open or closed claims without performing a manual search.
This widget provides quick access to all claims linked to the selected order.
Quick Check - Before You Start
- Open the order whose claims you need; the search opens scoped to that order first.
- Leave filters unchanged if you only need this order’s claims—changing filters widens results.
How It Works
- Click the Claim History section in the sidebar.
- You will be taken to the Claim Search View.
- The search results will be pre-filtered to show only claims related to the current order.
Filter Behaviour
Adjusting the filters in the Claim Search View will remove the order-specific scope and display broader results.

Helpful Tips
- Regularly review the claim history to monitor unresolved issues with suppliers.
- Use claim exports when preparing supplier performance reviews.

Why am I seeing claims that are not for this order?
Adjusting filters in Claim Search clears the automatic order scope and shows broader results.
What to do: Reopen Claim History from the order sidebar or reset filters to return to the order-specific list.
Why is Claim History empty?
No claims have been created against this order yet. Use New Claim to add the first record.
How do I export claims for a supplier review?
Use your organisation’s claim export or reporting tools from the claim record or search view once you have the filtered list you need.
