History
The History section of the Order application logs all related interactions tied to a specific order. This audit trail supports transparency, accountability, and file tracking throughout the order's lifecycle.
Displayed within the History tab of the order record, this section details user interactions with documents—such as uploads and edit of fields—performed during the order process.
It enables teams to audit document access, track file versions, and understand workflow movement across users and stages, providing a comprehensive record of all file-related activities. For orders, the log is especially useful for tracing field changes such as status moves, quantity or colour grid edits, shipping detail updates, and purchase order number revisions. Reviewing entries shows who changed critical values and when during the order lifecycle.
