Label

The Label function lets users tag orders with team-defined labels for streamlined filtering and quick visual identification across the platform.

Labels help categorise orders by season, shipment status, order type, or other agreed criteria. Each label can be colour-coded and reordered to fit the way your team works.

The Order > Label view displays both Order labels and Style labels. Labels on the order record help you categorise and filter transactions—for example by season, customer programme, or internal priority—independently of style-level tags. Consistent order labelling makes it easier for planners and account teams to triage large portfolios.

4 Click to apply the selected or newly created label to the order.

Add Label Button Placement

The Add label button placement dynamically adjusts based on whether the Style already has labels:

If the Style has no label

The Add label button is positioned at the bottom of the Order > Label section. This keeps the interface clean and avoids unnecessary emphasis when no Style labels exist.

If the Style has a label

The Add label button appears at the top, directly above the Style label section. This ensures quick access to label management while clearly distinguishing Order labels from Style labels.

Removing a Label

To remove a label from an order:

Step Action
1 Open the label pop-up.
2 Untick the label from the list.
3 Check that the label disappears from the order preview.

Tips

  • Keep labels short (one to two words) and add shared prefixes (e.g., region or season) to boost search results.
  • Agree on a colour legend (e.g., red = urgent dispatch, green = in production, blue = awaiting payment) and apply it consistently.
  • Reuse common labels across teams and archive or delete stale ones after each season or campaign to prevent clutter.
