Preview Image
The Preview Image section allows users to visually associate an image with each order. This provides instant context for internal users reviewing or managing orders and enhances visual tracking across departments.
The preview image offers a quick visual reference for orders. Images can be added, replaced, or removed easily. Supported image formats include JPG and PNG.
Uploading an Image
To upload an image in the order page:

| 1 | Click on the image of the Order page to open the preview image pop-up. |
| 2 | In the pop-up, you can manually upload a .jpg and .png file from your computer. You can also upload images through dragging and dropping the image file to preview pop-up. |
| 3 | Once uploaded, the image will appear in the Order's preview image. |
Deleting an Image
To remove a previously uploaded preview image:

| 1 | Hover over the image in the preview pane. |
| 2 | Click the trash icon in the corner of the image. |
| 3 | Confirm deletion by selecting Yes in the confirmation pop-up. |
Image Format and Size
Ensure images are in PNG or JPG format. The maximum upload limit is 100 MB, allowing you to upload larger, higher-quality images for better visual representation.
Tips
- Upload high-quality product images or customer-facing visuals to improve order identification and traceability across teams.
- Maintain consistent image dimensions (recommended: 800x600px or 1200x900px) for uniform display and professional appearance.
