Shipment History

The Shipment History section provides a list of all shipments linked to an order. It allows users to quickly view related shipment records without needing to search manually.

This widget appears in the right-hand side widget of an order record. It offers a shortcut to view all shipment activity associated with the selected order. Use it to open shipments booked against this order for tracking references, container details, and freight status without constructing a manual search. It connects order fulfilment to live logistics records in one step.

How It Works

  • Click the Shipment History section in the sidebar.
  • You will be redirected to the Shipment Search View.
  • The search results will be pre-filtered to only show shipments linked to the current order.
Filter Behavior

If you change filters after landing in the search view, the search will expand beyond the current order unless re-filtered manually.

Helpful Tips

  • Regularly review shipment history to track order dispatches and logistics.
  • Use the Export tool in the Shipment Search View if a shipment report is needed.
