Delete

The Delete function in the Planner module allows authorised users to permanently remove a planner record. This action is irreversible and should be performed with caution. Use it when a plan is obsolete, was created in error, or should no longer appear in seasonal or range planning lists.

Deleting a planner item helps clean up outdated or incorrect records. Only users with the appropriate permissions can perform this action, ensuring secure data management and maintaining data integrity across your organisation.

Delete a Planner Item

  1. Open the planner item you wish to delete.
  2. Click the delete icon located in the top-left toolbar.
  3. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
  4. Click Confirm to permanently remove the planner record.

Permissions Required

Deletion is restricted to users with the appropriate role-based access. Ensure your team’s permission settings are properly configured in Site Settings.
