Label
The Label section allows users to tag planners with flexible, user-defined labels for streamlined filtering, organisation, and visual identification across the platform. Labels support planner classification for season, department, or programme grouping so large assortments remain scannable in lists and dashboards.
Labels help categorise planners by project type, department, status, or any custom criteria your team defines. Each label can be colour-coded and reordered to match planning workflows. This area appears under each planner and serves as a visual tagging system that ensures stakeholders can quickly identify and filter planners based on relevant criteria.
Quick Check - Before You Start

Troubleshooting
I cannot find the Add Label button—where is it?
Label management is triggered from the planner preview image, not from the full planner header alone.
Steps to resolve:
- Hover over the planner’s preview image until Add Label appears.
- Click it to open the label popup.
I deleted a label—why did it disappear from every planner?
Delete Label removes the label from the global list of available options, not only from one planner.
Steps to resolve:
- Recreate the label in the popup if your process still needs that category.
- Re-apply it to planners that should carry the tag.
Label order keeps confusing my team—can I fix the dropdown order?
Drag-and-drop reordering in the label manager controls the order users see in shared dropdowns.
Steps to resolve:
- Open label management and drag labels into the preferred sequence.
- Save or apply changes, then confirm the order in the picker matches expectations.
