Create New Order
The Create Order feature allows users to initiate an order directly from a planner entry. This streamlines the process of converting planning targets into actionable purchase orders. It is how you place production orders from the planner once buy quantities and styles are ready to move into sourcing and manufacturing.
Order creation from a planner helps bridge the gap between assortment planning and production. Users can link styles, configure order details, and generate orders directly from the planner interface.

Quick Check - Before You Start
- Confirm Site Settings has mandatory order fields, Critical Path, factories, and order types configured as your organisation requires

Creating an Order from a Planner
- Navigate to the desired planner entry and locate the Create Order button in the sidebar widget.
- Click the Create Order button to open the order creation popup.
- Review the pre-filled style information. Use the Search box to change or select additional styles if needed.
- Complete all required fields such as Order Number, Critical Path, Agent, Factory, and Order Type.
- Click Add to generate the order.

Admin Configuration
