Order History
The Order History section provides a chronological list of all orders associated with a specific planner entry. This feature supports traceability, project tracking, and historical reference for planned activities. It highlights orders generated from this planner across styles so you can compare actual purchasing to the plan over time.
Order History is located in the sidebar widget of the planner record. It displays all orders that were created from or linked to the selected planner, providing direct navigation for quick review or follow-up.

Quick Check - Before You Start
- Open the planner whose purchase history you need; links are scoped to that record
- Expect the Order Search view to open pre-filtered to this planner until you change filters

Troubleshooting
I clicked Order History but now I see orders from every planner—what happened?
Applying new filters in Order Search clears the planner-only scope and shows results across all planners.
Steps to resolve:
- Re-open Order History from the original planner sidebar to restore the pre-filtered view.
- Avoid changing global filters unless you intend to search broadly.
A recent order is missing from the planner history list—why?
Only orders created from or explicitly linked to the planner appear in this widget.
Steps to resolve:
- Confirm the order was generated via Create Order on this planner or linked with the correct plan reference.
- If it was created elsewhere, associate it through your standard order-to-planner linking process.
How do I narrow results without losing the planner filter?
Use additional search columns that do not reset the planner context, or return via the sidebar entry after broad searches.
Steps to resolve:
- Start from Order History on the planner so the base filter remains the current plan.
- Layer column filters that keep the planner key intact, or manually add the planner filter back in Order Search if your layout exposes it.
