Status
The Status function allows users to update the current stage of a planning record. This helps teams visually track the progress of a plan and filter records based on workflow stages such as Draft, Active, or Expired. In practice it reflects planner workflow—draft, review, approved, in production, and similar stages your organisation configures—so everyone sees where the plan sits in the lifecycle.
Updating the planner's status provides clarity across departments, enabling stakeholders to quickly identify which plans are in development, active in execution, or no longer valid.

Updating Planner Status
- Click the Status button to open the status dropdown menu.
- Select the desired status from the available options.
- The selected status will immediately update and reflect on the card.
