We've expanded our costing template options with a dedicated Component template type!

Enhanced Component Currency Management!

We've added new currency selection capabilities when managing components in your costings!

New Features:

• Currency Selection: New currency field in Add Component pop-up
• Flexible Options: Choose from all currencies configured in Site Settings > Company > Currency

• Clear Display:

  • Currency column shows selected currency
  • Unit Price displayed with correct currency symbol

We've improved the process of adding purchase orders to existing orders!

New Feature:

• Right-Side Pop-up: When using Bulk Action > Add to Order from the Sales Order tab

Automated Component Price Updates!

We've enhanced the costing completion process with automatic component price updates!

New Feature:

• Auto-Update Prompt: When marking a costing as Complete, you'll be prompted to update Component Pricing

• Price Updates Include

  • Final Buy Price → Component Buy Price
  • Total Cost → Component Costing Price
  • Currency and Value adjustments

• User Control

  • Option is enabled by default
  • Can be disabled if price updates aren't needed

  • Real-time conversion as you work

• Enhanced Totals

  • Bottom total now shows converted values in base currency

We've implemented a safeguard to maintain optimal system performance:

• Hierarchy Limit: Maximum of 10,000 items in the menu hierarchy
• Performance Protection: Prevents potential bottlenecks in system performance

Enhanced Supplier Visibility!

We've improved component visibility in the Supplier Portal:

• Always Visible: Component section now displays for all Component template costings
• Supplier Access: Your suppliers can now view the Component section directly

Create New > Compliance

Supplier Selection Fix!

We've resolved an issue with supplier selection when creating new Compliance records:

• Fixed: Enabled factories now appear correctly in the selection list
• Result: Successful Compliance creation with all enabled suppliers

Costing > License Royalty

License Royalty Display Fix! 💰

We've resolved an issue with license royalty calculations:

• Fixed: Buy Price Local-based royalties now correctly display values
• Improvement: Proper royalty value display when selecting Buy Price in Supplier section

Claim > Email Notifications ✉️

Email Notification Fix!

We've resolved an email notification issue in the Claims system:

• Fixed: Incorrect email notifications for internal Claim creation
• Result: Users no longer receive unnecessary notifications for Claims raised within their organization

Search > Filters

Search Filter Fix! 🔍

We've resolved an issue with the Created By search filter:

• Fixed: All users now appear correctly in the Created By filter options
• Result: More accurate and complete user filtering capabilities

Costing > Create New 💼

Costing Creation Fix!

We've resolved an issue with the costing creation process:

• Fixed: Costing creation now works properly even when Style information is incomplete
• Result: More reliable costing creation process

Style > Sales Order 🛠️

UI Enhancement!

We've resolved the UI issues in the Style application's Sales Order tab:

• Fixed Layout: Restored proper UI display and functionality

Style > Resources and Share ⚠️

Style Widget Update!

We have removed the following fields from the Style left widget:

• Resources: Internal Staff access management
• Share: Connected Suppliers access management
