Advanced Search 🔍

Experience a completely rebuilt Advanced Search, created to deliver a faster and more flexible search experience!

What’s New:

• Add/Remove Search Fields: Easily filter on exactly what you need.
• Keyword Search Fields: Enter the start of a Style or Description to display similar results.
• Exact Match Search: Use " " for exact search criteria.
• Multi Match Search: Separate multiple Styles with spaces to return specific results.
• Refresh Data: Click the refresh button to display the latest data.
• Recent: View your most recently opened Styles, Orders, etc.
• Custom Fields: Search within custom fields in the Advanced Search Filter.
• Additional Filters: Apply additional filters directly within the results.
• Download: Export data directly to Excel format.

Suppliers can now search on all order statuses that have been shared with them.

In Advanced Search click the Status option within the filter list.

We’re pleased to introduce a completely redesigned Supplier popup screen that streamlines and enhances your search experience!

What’s New:

• New Design: Modernised user interface, redesigned from the ground up.
• Applications: Displays only enabled applications within your business.
• Quick Links: Click on a specific application to see relevant Styles, Orders, Costings, etc.
• Supplier Loading: Reflects internal volume targets specified for each supplier.

New Search application is designed to make your search experience faster and more flexible! We've rebuilt search from the ground up to give more access to fields, more bulk actions, and faster way of managing and organising your data.

What’s New:

• Group Fields: Easily organize data by grouping fields.
• Filter Fields: Quickly narrow down results with customisable filters.
• Drag Fields: Drag and arrange fields to create a view that works best for you.
• Bulk Select for More Options: Select multiple items at once to streamline actions and save time.

Additional Features:

• Recent History: See your recent searches in one click.
• Add to Favourites: Save frequently used searches for faster access.
• Export: Download search results for offline access and sharing.

Default Folders

Default folders can now be created for each application.

• Configure default folders in Site Settings > General Settings > Files.
• Create subfolders within default folders.
• Automatically create folders for new Orders, Styles, Components, Costings, etc.

API - Special Character Support 🔔

We're excited to share some new enhancements to improve your experience with our API. Here’s what’s new:

• Special Character Support: We have now implemented support for / in the Style and Order numbers. Ensure URL encoding is used to correctly support this feature.

API - Style Price Updates 🔔

What’s New:

• Single Price Updates: Send only the payload of the updated price instead of all prices.
• Reset Prices: Prices can now be reset to 0 or left blank.

• New Modes:

  • "One Price" Default
  • "All Prices" (Size is not required; all prices can be updated at once.)

API - Error Messages ❌

• More descriptive error messages are now provided when the payload does not meet schema requirements.

Milestone Report - Export

Resolved an issue where activity comments were not formatted correctly when exporting the report to Excel.
