Sales Order > Details - Shipping Address

Now, you can easily view your customer's shipping address directly in the Sales Order details when they place an order.

Order Documents

We’re excited to announce an improvement to your Order documents experience!

Here's what's new:

• Subject: Clearly states your order details for quick reference.
• Sender: Easily identify who generates the document.
• Style Number: Easy-to-find Style number for your ordered items.
• Description: Detailed description of the Order.
• Link: Direct access to the 3 Clicks Order, making it faster for your Supplier.
• Download: An option to download your Purchase Order for easy access and record-keeping. 📥

Costing - New Conversation Email Template

Whenever you add a conversation to your Costing shared with your Supplier, they will receive an email notification. Here’s what’s new:

• Subject: The email subject now clearly indicates the Style Number associated with the Costing and who added a new comment.
• Sender: It’s now easy to see who added the comment.
• Style Number: Displays the Style number the Costing is associated with.
• Description: Shows the Style description the Costing is associated with.
• Comment: View the conversation added and who added it.
• Link: Provides a direct link to the 3 Clicks Costing, allowing your Suppliers to access it quickly.

Language: Available in both English and Simplified Chinese.

• Sender: Easily identify who made the export action.

• Download: Directly save the exported file from the email in Excel format. 📥

Whenever you update the status of your Sales Order, your customer will receive a clear and concise email notification. Here’s what’s new:

• Subject: The email subject clearly indicates the Sales Order and the status update.
• Sender: It’s now easy to see who updated the Sales Order status.
• Link: A direct link to your Sales Order is provided, allowing your customers to access it quickly.

Simplified Chinese Translation

We are excited to inform you about a recent update to our Portal!

Simplified Chinese Translation

• We have fixed and translated several fields to simplified Chinese for our Chinese suppliers.
• This includes translating fields in notifications to ensure better clarity and ease of use.
