Completed Orders Search! 🔔

We’re excited to introduce new enhancements to improve your experience with the Portal.

Completed Orders:

  • Suppliers can now search across all order statuses that have been shared with them.
  • Use the Advanced Search feature and select the desired status from the filter list.

Order Ticket Codes

Improvement

Ticket Codes Document Enhancements! 🔔

We’ve made improvements to the Ticket Codes Document (Excel).

Key Updates:

  • Now includes SKU codes
  • The Notes section is only included when notes have been added under Order > Codes tab
  • If a section (e.g., TUN) has no codes, it will no longer display in the output

Files & Folders

New

Automatically Create Folders! 🔔

We’ve made it easier to manage structure during the creation of Orders, Styles, Components, Costings, and more.

Default Folders:

  • When creating a new Style, 3 Clicks will now automatically create default folders such as:
  • Folder 1
  • Folder 2
    • Folder 2a

📁 Configure these under Sites Settings > Files > Configure for each application.
