Release Notes - 27th of August 2025
Style > Critical Path > Activity Comment > Supplier Notification
We've fixed an issue to ensure suppliers no longer receive unnecessary notifications in their Supplier Portal.
Previously, suppliers would get email and portal alerts for comments made on critical path activities, even if those activities were not visible to them. Now, suppliers will only be notified if:
- A comment is added to an activity that has been made visible to them.
- They are directly mentioned (
@username) in an activity comment.
This fix ensures that suppliers only receive alerts that are relevant to them.
Order > Specification Tab & Specification Document
Previously, if you edited an existing comment in the Style > Specification tab, the changes would not appear in the corresponding Order > Specification tab or its document.
With this fix, your orders and documents always reflect the most current information.
Site Settings > Costing > Template > Components
We've fixed an issue in the Costing Template settings.
The 'Components Added to Buy Price' option is now correctly disabled when the costing type is set to 'Components'.
Supplier Portal > Costing > Components
Previously, suppliers could edit component details regardless of the costing template's configuration.
Now, we've made the following updates:
- If a Costing is set to a template with 'Components Added to Buy Price', the Components section in the Supplier portal will be read-only for the supplier.
- Templates with 'Components are the Buy Price' will allow suppliers to edit the component details.
This change prevents suppliers from making unauthorised changes to your costings.
Search > Order > Favourites
We've fixed an error that occurred when saving favourite searches for Orders. You can now save your custom searches without any issues.
