Release Notes - 13th of December 2025
Planner > Styles > Group Type Views
We've addded a new feature in viewing your Planner items.
Now, you can easily switch between Dynamic and Fixed group views, which allows you to have more options and streamlined experience in viewing the styles.
Dynamic Group View
This is the previous default view in Planner > Styles. Here you can be flexible in adjusting the First, Second, and Third levels in grouping.
Fixed Group View
In this new group view, you may configure in Site Settings > Planner > Groups on which Brand, Category, and Type will the styles be grouped accordingly.
You can then choose which grouping to use when creating your planner by switching to the Fixed Group view.
Site Settings > Style/Order/Component > Custom Fields
Custom Fields can now be deleted even when they are already in use across Orders, Styles, or Components.
When a Custom Field is deleted, all associated data is removed at the same time, ensuring the system remains clean and consistent.
This update applies to:
- Site Settings > Order > Custom Fields
- Site Settings > Style > Custom Fields
- Site Settings > Component > Custom Fields
Site Settings > Order > Custom Fields
Site Settings > Order > Forms
We've fixed an error that occurred when accessing the Forms module within Site Settings > Order.
You can now open the Forms module without encountering errors.
Order > Forms
We've resolved an issue where the Forms section failed to display any forms.
Forms now load and display correctly all relevant forms as expected.
Style > Samples > Sample Requirements
We’ve fixed an issue where removing a colour in Style > Colours & Pricing also deleted associated sample in Style > Samples > Sample Requirements.
Now, deleting a colour no longer affects existing Sample Requirements, and any Sample Requirement previously saved with a now-deleted colour will continue to display that colour. Additionally, adding a new Sample Requirement now functions as expected.
Bulk Order Style > Style Links For Order Bulk Pop-up
We've fixed an issue where Styles added for bulk orders were not appearing in the Style Links for Order Bulk pop-up.
Associated Styles for bulk orders are now visible when you open the pop-up.
