Release Notes - 15th of February 2025

Overview

This release introduces new import options, enhanced search features, and improvements to costing and email notifications. Enjoy a more efficient workflow and better tools to help you get things done faster.


New

Order Import

We have improved the Order import * All new import to replace the existing import. * Fields align with the search exports. * Import occurs in real-time. * Bulk Order import support. * Summary provided at the end of the import.

Tip

  • Ensure you are using the new order import from Search only.
  • The file format and field layout has changed so ensure you are using the new template.

Search > Styles > Weight

Search now includes the ability to search on Styles that don't have weight assigned in eCommerce. * Select advanced filters > weight


Costing > Agent Commission

We have improved the costing functionality to support Agent commissions in the calculations. * Set-up an Agent with commission in Site Settings * Select an agent in the costing * The agent commission will be automatically included in the calculation

Costing > Pick & Pack

We have improved the costing functionality to support a Pick & Pack fee as part of the costing template. * Setup a costing template with a Pick & Pack associated cost * Create a new Costing * The Pick & Pack cost will be included in the Costing.


Import Specification Template (Block)

We have re-engineered the specification template import that can be accessed from the new Search page menu:

  • Multiple specification templates can now be included in one excel file.
  • Import progress is displayed in real-time.
  • A summary is available for download after the import has completed.

Note

  • The existing spec template import is still currently available.
  • The legacy import will be phased out over the coming weeks.
  • The new template must be used for the new import.

Costing > Target Buy Price

  • A new field, "Target Buy Price", has been added to Costing and is now visible on the Supplier Portal when costing is shared.
  • This makes it easier for suppliers to view and reference the target price during costing reviews.

Improvement

SendGrid Email > Claim Shared to Supplier

Improved Supplier Claim Emails 📧

We’ve made enhancements to the Claim Shared to Supplier email for a better experience.

  • Clearer Email Design – Improved layout for easy reading.
  • Subject Line – Instantly recognize the email’s purpose.
  • Sender Information – Displays the staff member who shared the claim.
  • Order Number Included – Quick reference to the order.
  • Larger Image – View details more easily.
  • Direct Link – One click for your Supplier to access shared Claim.
  • Language Support – Available in English & Chinese.

These updates make it easier for suppliers to navigate and respond.

Style > Codes > Barcodes

  • Previously, auto-generated barcodes couldn’t be modified.
  • Now, you can update automatically generated barcodes if needed.

New Email Template: Instance > New Claim

  • A new internal email notification template is now available when a new Claim is created in the system.
  • Available in English and Chinese languages.

  • You can now save Grouped By Related as a Favorite Search for quick access.

Simplified Search Filter

  • The “+” icon and “Filter” button are now combined into a single Filter button.
  • The new Filter button will work just like the current “+” icon does.

Search > License

A brand new License Application is now live and ready to use!

What’s new:

  • Improved user interface for easier navigation and faster performance for a smoother experience.
  • Added Royalty fields, including Category and Costing.
  • Images from Site Settings > License now appear in the Contract Preview Image section.
  • You can now link Orders and Costings directly to added Licenses — just click to view related applications.

We have now added the ability to search on advanced filters:

Fixed

Order > Document > Ticket Codes

  • When generating the ticket code document is enabled in Order Settings, the document file name was displayed incorrectly for orders with multiple styles.
  • This issue has been resolved, and the document file name now displays correctly (e.g. TicketCodes_PO08781_1.2.xlsx).

Deprecated

Order Import

We have now deprecated the previous Order Import. This is replaced by the new Order Import available from within the Search and Home screens.
