Release Notes - 13th of January 2025

Overview

This update brings a range of improvements and fixes, including better UI alignment, enhanced login experience, and more detailed history logs. It also resolves issues with sorting, scrolling, logo display, and notification triggers for a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Site Settings > Style > Tariff

We’ve made updates to improve your experience with Style Tariff Settings:

  • Enhanced History Logs: Added more detailed logs for better tracking.
  • Export Tariff option
  • New Status Filters: Filter tariffs by status for quicker access and management.

Fixed

Recent - Order

  • Issue: When both a Style and Order have labels, they appeared in the same place and overlapped each other.
  • Resolution: This issue has been resolved.

Claims UI

Claims Application UI Alignment

  • Preview images are now properly centered.
  • We have fixed the inconsistent placement of the breadcrumb menu in Claims.
  • We have resolved the issue where the default preview image was not displaying for "Manual Claim Type" in Search or in Recent page.

Search > Custom Fields > Sort

  • Issue: The sorting for Custom fields for both Style and Order search were previously not working.
  • Resolution: Sorting changes are now accurately reflected in the Export for both applications.

  • Issue: The application lists were not scrollable on small screens.
  • Resolution: Added the ability to scroll through the Search and Site Settings application lists.

Claim > Document > Comments Section

  • We have fixed the issue where the Comments are not displayed when you download the Claim Summary document.
  • We have added the comments back to the Claim Summary PDF file.

Comments set as Internal will not be included in the document.

  • We’ve made updates to address a logo display issue in document headers.
  • The logo now appears in its correct size.

We have resolved an issue with the Menu - Favourite Search feature: * Issue: Previously, Favourite Searches accessed from a PHP tab were linked to the old search engine. * Resolution: Favourite Searches now correctly link to the updated search engine when selected.

  • We have resolved an issue where uploaded logos were not displaying in the preview image.

Left Hand Menu Settings

  • Previously, the menu's expand or collapse state would reset during navigation.
  • Now, the left-hand menu consistently retains its previous state when navigating between pages.

Order Notifications > Uploaded Files

  • Order Files Notifications Fixed:
    • Notifications for new file uploads in Order > Files are now triggered correctly.
    • This applies when suppliers upload files in the following cases:
      • Normal Orders
      • Bulk Components
      • Bulk Styles
  • Order Testing Files Notifications Fixed:
    • Notifications for new file uploads in Order > Testing > Files are now triggered correctly.
    • The fix ensures that notifications are sent for:
      • Normal Orders
      • Bulk Components
      • Bulk Styles
