Release Notes - 17th of January 2025
Overview
This update adds new reporting options, more search fields, and easier ways to manage your data. It also improves menu navigation and fixes several issues for a smoother, more reliable experience.
New
Reports > Style > Style Summary Report
- We have introduced a new Account Manager filter and column to the Style Summary Report, featuring a multi-select dropdown of enabled staff members.
Note
Account Manager is based on Style > Details > Resources.

Search > Costing
What's New:

Renamed field Template Type to Costing Type
Search > License
- Added two new fields to the Search for License:
- Date - Valid From
- Date - Valid To
- Added the ability to edit the following fields directly within the search results:
- CMF %
- Marketing %
- Minimum $
Site Settings > Style > Custom Fields 👕
- Code has been added to the dropdown as an optional value.
Site Settings > Order > Custom Fields
- Code has been added to the dropdown as an optional value.
Fixed
Menu
Expanded Menu We’ve improved how the expanded left-hand menu works in some web browsers. The menu now consistently stays expanded or collapsed as expected.
Import > Close Pop-up
- We resolved an issue where the UI would break when closing the Import pop-up. This has been addressed.
Style > Order & Costing History
- When a Style has more than 7 Orders or Costings, a "Show All" button is now navigated to the following:
- Orders Search (associated to that Style)
- Costing Search (associated to that Style)
Deprecated
Report > Overdue Orders
This report has been removed as the same result can be achieved within Search.
Report > Sales Order > Sales Order Summary
- This report has been removed from the following:
- Report list view
- Staff permission > Reports
