We’ve updated the Style Samples tab to provide a more visual and flexible experience when creating samples.

With this improvement, you can easily view, organise, and customise sample styles, making the sample creation process clearer and more efficient.

What's New

Colours

  • Improved visual display of available colours and estimated total units.

Sample Requirements

We've added the various functionalities for in-line editing and adding of Sample Requirements:

  • Sample Type - Select or change the sample type.
  • Sizes - Specify the required sample sizes.
  • Colour - Indicate the colour(s) needed for the sample.
  • Description - You can add texts here for further contexts and details.
  • Due - Set or update the due date for each sample requirement.

Sample Reports

We've enhanced the visual presentation of the following:

  • Report - Add the report name or type for each sample.
  • Size - Specify the required sample size.
  • Colour - Select the colour needed for the sample report.

Style > Critical Path

We’ve made improvements to the Style Activity to make it easier for you to track tasks, view progress, and take action.

Here's what's new:

  • Activities are now neatly grouped under their respective activity groups.

  • Due and completed dates are clearly displayed.

  • Colour indicators for activity status:

    • Pink – Overdue and not completed
    • Orange – Completed late
    • Green – Completed on time

  • A Latest Comment column has been added and is now visible without opening the activity.

  • Approval and rejection buttons have been enhanced.
  • Comments now support mentions for both supplier members and. internal staff across your business.
  • File upload and download is now supported directly within each activity action.

These changes improve visibility, quick actions, and support better activity action communication.

Order Search > Resource Filter

The Resource filter in Order Search now correctly filters internal Members across all orders.
