Style > Samples > Edit Sample Report

The latest updates to the Sample Report section introduce enhanced editing tools, flexible viewing options for sketches and images, and improved ways to manage components and comments. These improvements make it easier to customise, review, and organise your sample data directly within the platform.

Details

The Details section now features clearly organised fields to help you review key information for each sample report. You can now view the following fields:

  • Sample Category – Classified sample for easier tracking and reporting.
  • Style Description – Detailed description of the style.
  • Unit – Specify the unit of measurement used.
  • Colour – List of available colour choices for the sample.
  • Status – Update the current status directly from this field.
  • Created By – Hover to see when the sample report was created.
  • Spec – Specification template used for the sample.

Measurements

We’ve improved the editing experience in the Sample Reports section, giving you more control and flexibility when managing your data.

Utilise these new and enhanced editing tools:

  • Measurements – Easily edit and delete measurements directly within the table using in-line editing, making updates faster and more intuitive.
  • Movable Columns and Rows - Rearrange your data layout by dragging and dropping columns and rows within the table.
  • Font Styles and Colours – Customise the appearance of your reports by editing font styles and colours.
  • Action Bar – Easily delete selected items.

Sketches

We’ve enhanced your experience when reviewing sketches in Sample Reports, displaying exactly the images attached in Specification > Sketches.

While you can’t add, edit, or remove sketches from this section, you do have the option to enable or disable their display as needed.

What’s New:

  • Preview pop-up - Click on any sketch to open a larger, detailed preview, making it easier to examine design details without leaving the page.
  • Flexible viewing options - Choose between a large view (showing bigger images with descriptions) or a small view (compact images without descriptions), so you can tailor the display to your workflow.

Images

You now have more options when viewing images in the Sample Reports section.

Choose between a large view, which displays images along with their descriptions for more detail; or a small view, which shows images in a compact format with descriptions hidden.

Components

We’ve enhanced the way Components are displayed in the Sample Reports section to make managing and reviewing components easier and more intuitive.

  • Image section is now divided into two columns:

    • Component – Shows the current image of each component for quick reference.
    • Image – Allows you to upload a new image for the component.

  • Type – Easily view the type of each component.

  • Component Pop-up – Detailed information and actions for each component in a dedicated pop-up window.

Notes

We’ve enhanced the way comments are displayed in the Sample Reports section, making them clearer and easier to read.

You’ll continue to enjoy all the familiar commenting features while editing Sample Reports, so you can easily add, review, and manage feedback or notes as you work.

Site Settings > Portal > General Settings > Alt RRP 2

We've added a new price option called Alternative Retail Price 2 under Order Pricing and Style Pricing in the general settings of the Portal Site Settings.

This allows for greater flexibility in managing multiple retail price points for Orders and Styles.

We’ve enhanced the General Settings pop-up in the Portal to give you more centralised control over key features and how your portal or supplier account functions.

You can now configure the following settings:

  • Critical Path – Switch on and off the display of the critical path on the portal.
  • Order – Customise which pricing options to display for Orders.
  • Sales Order (B2B Customer Portal) – Set the default landing page on your B2B customer portal.
  • Style – Customise which pricing options to display for Styles.

We've fixed issues regarding the Style Duplicate prefix code and pop-up.

  • Previously, when duplicate Style pop-up with no prefix set in site settings, the duplication pop-up did not show a prefix field.

  • The Style duplicate pop-up now correctly displays any applicable prefix. However, this is optional. Duplication will proceed with or without prefix.

We've resolved an issue where the duplicate style pop-up displayed empty fields and failed to display mandatory fields.

Now, the pop-up correctly displays all relevant fields with existing data, except for Style Prefix, which can be configured in Site Settings > Style > General Settings > Style Settings.

This ensures a smoother and more accurate duplication process.

Previously, all Sketches were disabled by default when editing a new sample report.

This has been fixed. Sketches are now automatically enabled by default. You can still disable them as needed, allowing for flexible customisation during report creation.

Style > Specifications > POM Description

We've fixed the issue with Point of Measurement (POM) descriptions when adding new measurements.

Now, when you enter a description in the Specifications > Measurements field, it automatically matches the POM Description configured in Site Settings > Style > POM Description, ensuring consistency and reducing manual input errors.

Fixed

Search > Application > Recent History

Previously, search results displayed no data or items by default for each application.

This has been fixed. Search results now show the last 25 items for each application, providing you with immediate access to recent activity and making it easier to continue or review past work.
