Improvement

Style > Critical Path

We've made several improvements for the Critical Path tab in Style application:

  • UI Enhancements: Cleaner and more intuitive interface.
  • Rejection Handling: When an activity is marked as "Rejection," the Responsibility field now appears, with Agent (if available)/Factory dropdown list.
  • Component Labels: Dynamic activities now correctly display component labels based on the activity type.
  • Reference Due Date: Activities linked to a reference date now show the correct Due Date in Style > Critical Path. Changes to the reference date will automatically update the due date.

Improvement

Style > Activity Email > Comments/Mentions/Files

We've made improvements on activity email notifications for Comments, Mentions, and Files. Notifications now follow the standard process:

  • If your notifications for mentions are enabled, you’ll get an email if someone mentions you in the comment section.
  • Bulk notifications in one email will be sent if you have them enabled in your Home > Notifications.
  • When a comment has a file attached, such file can be downloaded directly from the email.

Note

Suppliers will not receive an activity email unless they are mentioned in the actions.

Fixed

Search > Order > Bulk Actions > Reallocate Staff

  • Previously, staff members did not receive email notifications when an Order was reassigned to them, even with Order Association alerts enabled.
  • This issue has now been resolved. Reallocated staff will automatically receive email notifications when they are added as a resource to an Order.

Fixed

Site Settings > Disabled Fields > Currency & Supplier

  • Previously, disabled options for Currency and Supplier in Site Settings still displays, can be selected (for Currency), and are not visually distinct from enabled ones.

  • This has now been fixed:

    • Currency: Disabled currencies are now visually distinct and they no longer appear in dropdown menus.
    • Supplier: Disabled suppliers are also visually distinct from enabled ones.

These fixes ensure that only valid and active options are correctly displayed.
