Release Notes - 29th of July 2025
Style/Order/Claims > Agent/Factory
We're excited to reintroduce a powerful sharing feature to make collaboration easier with your agent and factory.
You'll now see a share icon next to the Agent and Factory fields in the Order, Style, and Claims applications. This allows you to grant or revoke access associated with that Agent/Factory in a single click.
How it works:
- Share: When the icon is off, clicking it will add all users from that Agent or Factory to the Members section, instantly sharing it with them.
- Unshare: If the item is already shared, clicking the icon will remove all users, revoking their access.
This action also triggers all relevant notifications and emails, keeping everyone in the loop automatically.
Style > Details > Agent and Factory Sharing
Site Settings > Costing > Template > Type
To help you better distinguish between your costings, we've added a new Type column to the Costing > Template view.
This column shows whether a costing is for Component, Import, Local, or Retail, making it much easier to identify and filter.
Sales Order > Files
We've fixed a critical privacy issue where internal files attached to a Sales Order were still visible in the Customer Portal, even after being locked.
Now, when you lock a file within a Sales Order, it will be correctly hidden from the Customer Portal view.
Customer Portal > Order History > Files
Search Application > Group By > Bulk Edit
We've fixed an issue where the total number of items selected for a Group is different to the number of actual items included.
Group By > Style Number > Bulk Edit
Style > Roles & Permissions
We've resolved an issue that prevented staffs with "View" or "View & Edit" permissions from accessing the Style application.
Now, roles with "View" or "View & Edit" access for Styles will work as expected.
Style Permissions > View & Edit
Order > Specification
We've fixed a visual error where text highlights made in the Style > Specification > Measurement section were not appearing correctly in the Order > Specification view.
Now, any highlight colours you apply to the text measurements will be correctly displayed.
Style > Specification > Measurements
Order > Specification > Measurements
Style > eCommerce > Vendor Code
We've removed the vendor code from the Style > eCommerce tab.
Thank you for helping us make things better! If you spot anything else, let us know — we're always here to help.
Happy clicking!
