Release Notes - 12th of September 2025
Style > Definition
We've updated the layout of the component list within the Style > Definition tab to improve clarity and create a more compact view.
Here’s what’s new:
- Component Number is now labelled Code.
- Quantity is now shortened to Qty.
- Column widths have been adjusted for a cleaner, more organised presentation.
Site Settings > Applications > General Settings > Files > Default Folders
We've added the ability to lock default folders automatically upon creation of an item.
You'll now find a padlock icon next to each folder in the Files list. While off by default, enabling the padlock for a specific folder ensures it will be locked whenever a new style is created.
This feature applies across all applications that utilise files.
Style > General Settings > Files > Default Folders
Style/Order Import > Maximum Import Limit
We've implemented a maximum import limit of 1,000 records for both Style and Order imports to ensure system stability and performance.
Style > Create Order Pop-up > Season
We've fixed an issue where the Season field was not automatically populated when creating an order from a style, even if a season was already assigned to that style.
Now, if a style has a season specified, it will be automatically carried over to the new order.
Style > Specification > Duplicated Measurements
We've fixed an issue where duplicating a measurement immediately after updating its reference size did not copy the updated value. Previously, you had to refresh the page to ensure the correct measurement was copied.
Now, any updates to a reference size are saved instantly, so when you duplicate a measurement, it will always include the most recent values without requiring a page refresh.
Style > Data Consistency When Switching Styles
We've resolved a significant issue where the data from a previously viewed style would remain when navigating to a new one. This could cause actions, downloads, and displayed information (like images, members, and statuses) to incorrectly reference the previous style.
Now, when you switch between styles, it will correctly and immediately update to reflect the style you are currently viewing.
Style > Document > License Approval PDF & JPG
We've fixed an error that prevented the download of license approval PDF and JPG files for certain styles.
You can now successfully download these documents for all styles without encountering an error.
Site Settings > Company > Staff > Duplicate Account
We've fixed an issue that occurred when creating a new staff account by duplicating an existing one. An error message, "tags field is invalid," was incorrectly displayed.
You can now duplicate staff accounts without error, regardless of whether the optional Tags field is filled in.
Order > Members > Default Members
We've fixed an issue where default members configured in Order Settings were not being added to new orders created from a style. This occurred when the default members were set up without a specific Brand or Category.
Now, when you create an order from a style, the system will correctly populate the order with both the members from the style itself and any default members from the settings.
Order Search > Supplier Pop-up
We've resolved an issue that caused an error when attempting to open a large number of orders (over 1000) from the Supplier pop-up.
You can now open a large volume of orders from the Supplier pop-up without encountering this error.
Claim Search > Export
We've fixed an issue where exported items from Search > Claim displayed incorrect images.
The exported file now correctly shows the images that match what is displayed in the search results.
