Release Notes - 27th of September 2025
Style > Specification > Template Dropdown
We've made updates to the specification template dropdown:
- Copy Template Name: You can now copy the template name directly from the Sepecification Template field.
- Delete Template Name: Directly Delete Template from the Specification Template if the Style doesn't have an existing Order.
- Full Name on Hover: For template names that are too long to display fully, you can now hover over them to see the complete name.
Style > Specifications > Template
Style > Specification > Measurements > Add Existing Measurement Pop-up
To help you build specification sheets faster, we've added a new way to import measurements from other templates.
Now, you can pull in measurements from any existing specification template directly into the style, reducing duplication and saving time.
Here’s how it works:
- In the Measurements section, click the + icon and select the new From Template option.
- A pop-up will appear, allowing you to search for and select a specification template.
- You can then choose the measurements from that template to add to your current spec.
The Description, POM, Grade, and Tolerance values will be copied over automatically.

Site Settings > Company > Price Type
We've introduced a new setting that gives you full control over the price types in Site Settings > Company.
With the new Price Type setting, you can:
- Add Price Types: Create new price types (e.g., Wholesale, Retail, Distributor) to align with your sales channels.
- Enable or Disable: Easily switch between enabling or disabling price types. Disabled price types will not appear as options elsewhere in the system.
API Updates
We've rolled out several enhancements for API to provide more data and flexibility.
SKU Code Integration
- Retrieve SKUs: The
SKUfield, defined in Style > Codes, is now included in the response for various order endpoints, linking quantities directly to your SKU codes. - Update by SKU: You can now update order quantities using your SKU code instead of the internal
orderColoursizeId. We've madecolour_idoptional and introduced a new endpoint for this: PATCH /api-user/v1/order/basic/quantity/bulk-style/{orderNumber}/{sku}
Additional Data Fields
To provide more comprehensive information, we've added the following fields:
- Factory Country: The
factory_countryis now available in the responses forGET /api-user/v1/order/basic/{orderNumber}andGET /api-user/v1/style/basic/{styleNumber}. - Alt RRP 2: A second alternative retail price,
alt_retail_price_2, has been added to multiple style and order pricing endpoints for bothGETandPATCHrequests.
These updates make it easier to integrate with your existing systems and retrieve more detailed information through the API.
Site Settings Style Colours
The hex code colour recognigtion has been improved.
Import Shipment
We have resolved an issue that caused errors when importing a file containing both new and existing shipments.
This has been fixed.
Style > Specification > Duplicate Measurements
We have fixed an issue where edits to a duplicated measurement in a Style Specification were lost after applying a highlight.
Previously, when you edited the measurements and use the highlight feature, your changes would revert to their original values.
This has now been resolved.
Order > Documents > Specification
We have resolved an issue that prevented the Specification document from being generated within an Order.
This has now been fixed. The document generation process completes successfully, allowing you to download the Specification PDF as expected.
Search Bulk Action & Import Application > History Logs
We have fixed an issue where changes made using Search Bulk Edit or an Import Template were not being recorded in the history logs.
This has been corrected. The history log now accurately records all changes, regardless of whether they are made manually, through bulk edit, or via an import.
Thank you for helping us make things better! If you spot anything else, let us know — we're always here to help.
Happy clicking!
