AI Assistant

We've rolled out several improvements to make your experience better with AI Assistant, making it quicker and more stable, especially under heavy use.

Smarter Queries & More Relevant Results

• The chatbot now asks for clarification when your query is unclear (e.g. “recent style” prompts date range options).

Recent Style

• Results now focus on active data by default, excluding Cancelled and Completed items unless requested.

Better Data & Response Quality

• You can now query comments across applications, with full details on:Item Image, Comment By, Created Date, and Application Number .

Style > Comments

• Result limits have increased from 1,000 to 2,000 for more complete searches.

Cleaner Outputs

• Excel export has been improved for a cleaner and better display.
• Fixed broken image placeholders for some applications.

Costing Search > Export > Costing Type & License Contract

We’ve fixed an issue where Costing Type and License Contract appeared in the Costing Search results but were not displayed in the exported document.

These columns now appear as expected.
