Release Notes - 9th of February 2026

Fixed

Order > Members

We've fixed an issue where you were unable to add Suppliers to orders unless they were specifically assigned to the Order > Agent or Factory fields.

This fix ensures consistent functionality across the platform, allowing you to share both styles and orders with any portal contact as needed.

Order > Members > Assignment

We've fixed issues when creating orders from styles or assigning different styles to duplicated orders.

What's been fixed?

  • Orders Created from Styles: Supplier members from Styles are no longer incorrectly included as members in new orders created from those styles.

  • Duplicated Orders with Different Styles: When you duplicate an order and then assign a different Style to it, the system now automatically removes the existing Order Supplier Members from the duplicated order's Members section. Suppliers are not automatically added to order members when selecting a new Style, and Style Members are not copied to Order Members, ensuring that order members remain independent from the Style's member assignments.

Order Page Path

Previously, clicking Orders in the page path only opened the Order Search view with the Recent filter applied.

This has now been corrected, giving you a complete view of everything associated with that Style. This includes related Costings, Orders, Claims, Shipments, and any other applications where the Style is used.

Order > Critical Path > Dynamic Activity - Advertised

We've fixed an issue where activities with checked Advertised were not working correctly in the Critical Path when the Advertised checkbox was ticked or un-ticked in the Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing section.

What's been fixed?

  • Activity Not Triggered on Creation: When creating an Order and ticking the Advertised checkbox in the Order > Colour Quantity section, the activity is now correctly triggered and displayed in the Critical Path immediately.

  • Activity Not Removed When Unticked: When unticking the Advertised checkbox, the activity is now properly removed from the Critical Path, ensuring that the Critical Path accurately reflects the current state of the order.

Order > Critical Path > Dynamic Activity - License Sub No.

We've fixed an issue where activities with Condition = Licensed Sub No. were being displayed in the Critical Path regardless of whether the Order had a Licensed Sub No. or not.

What's been fixed?

Activities with Condition = Licensed Sub No. are now only triggered and displayed in the Critical Path when you enter data into the Order > Style Details > Licensed Sub No. field. The activity will no longer appear for orders that don't have a Licensed Sub No. value, ensuring that the Critical Path accurately reflects the order's configuration.

Application > Comments > Mentions

We've fixed an issue where user selections in the @mention functionality were not displaying correctly, appearing in the same font colour as the text and being impacted by font choices.

Selected users are clearly visible and no longer affected by font colour choices, making it easier to identify which users have been selected for mentions.
