Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Order Quantity > Hide Ratio Packs

We've added a new option in Site Settings > Order > General Settings that allows you to hide Ratio Packs when ratio information isn't needed for your workflow.

Order > General Settings > Hide Ratio Packs

When the Hide Ratio Packs option is enabled , the Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing section now automatically hides ratio-related elements throughout the application.

What's Changed:

• On Screen View: The Ratio row and break-up icon are hidden when viewing in Colour Quantity & Pricing section.

• Add/Edit Colour Pop-up: When adding or editing the colour, the ratio information is no longer displayed in the pop-up.

• Purchase Order Form: Ratio information is also hidden in Purchase Order forms.

Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing Display

We've redesigned the Colour Quantity & Pricing section to improve usability and provide a more intuitive layout.

New Layout Features:

1. Pack & In Store: These quantities are now displayed directly under each colour, making it easier to see colour-specific pack and in-store quantities at a glance.

2. Approval & Advertised Actions: These status indicators have been moved to the Action column for better organisation and visibility.

   • Advertised: Displays as a yellow icon.
   • Approvals: Displays as a blue icon.

3. Action Icons on Quantity Row: Action icons are now displayed directly on the Quantity row.

Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing

These improvements make it easier to manage colour quantities, track approvals and advertised statuses, and work more efficiently with your order data.

Order > Samples > Sample Reports > Adding Comments / Notes

We've fixed an error when adding notes or comments to Order > Samples > Sample Reports.

You can now add notes and comments to Sample Reports without encountering errors. Notes are saved reliably and consistently across the application.

Order > Testing > Files

We've fixed an issue where files in Order > Testing > Files were not downloading when clicked until refreshing the page.

Files now download immediately when clicked, without requiring a page refresh.

Order > Critical Path > Activity Pop-up > File Upload

We've fixed an issue where files uploaded from the Critical Path > Activity pop-up were not immediately visible in Order > Files until the page was refreshed.

Files uploaded from the Activity pop-up now appear immediately in Order > Files without requiring a page refresh, providing a smoother workflow when attaching files to Critical Path activities.

Tab Duplication

We’ve fixed an issue where duplicating a browser tab could cause the page not to load.

You can now duplicate tabs without any issues. Pages load correctly and work as expected every time.
