Planner > Fixed Group > Refresh Planner Styles

We’ve introduced a new feature that lets you quickly Refresh Planner Styles when filter settings are updated for Fixed Group plan type.

What's New?

  • We've added a Refresh Planner Styles button in Planner > Styles.

Planner > Styles > Refresh Planner Styles Planner > Styles > Refresh Planner Styles

  • Allows you to re-apply updated filter configurations without rebuilding the whole planner.

  • It will then refreshes all planner tabs (styles and colours) in bulk.

This update keeps the Planner styles and colours aligned with the latest filter settings, saving your time and reducing manual work.

Improvement

Search > Style > Market Field

We've enhanced the Search > Style view by making the Market field editable directly from the search results, streamlining your workflow when updating regional information for multiple styles.

Fixed

Seach > Style > Bulk Actions > New Sample Requirement

Previously, when adding a new sample requirement using the bulk select action from the search view, an error message would appear after clicking Save in the pop-up, even though the sample requirement was successfully added to the Style > Samples tab.

This has been fixed.


Order > Critical Path > Completing Activities

Previously, when completing many activities at once in Order > Critical Path, the tooltip would remain visible and block the next approval box, preventing you from clicking on it.

Now, the tooltip automatically hides when you move your mouse after it's displayed, allowing you to easily click on the next approval box without the tooltip getting in the way.


Import Styles

We’ve resolved an issue where importing styles triggered an error when uploading a template.

Now, the system handles this by logging the issue in the import summary log instead of displaying an error. This allows you to review any missing information in the summary and address it accordingly.


Order > History

We've fixed multiple issues with Order > History logs.

What was fixed:

  1. Activity Actions Logging: All activity actions are now correctly recorded in the History Log.

  2. Activity Status Logging: Previously, these logs only appeared when activities were completed or incompleted from the Milestone Orders Report. This has been corrected.

  3. History Log Deletion: Fixed a bug where marking an activity as incomplete after it had been completed would delete the previous completed history log entry. Now, all history log entries are preserved and not deleted when status changes occur.

History logs update automatically when actions are performed, ensuring you can immediately see the latest changes without manual refresh.
