Release Notes - 25th of February 2026

Site Settings > Style > Specification POM

We've added a How to measure field when adding or editing a Point of Measurement (POM) in Site Settings > Style > Specification POM.

Now, you can capture detailed measurement instructions at the POM level and have them flow through to your spec templates and style specifications, improving consistency and reducing ambiguity.

Report > Milestone Styles & Orders > Sample Request Quantity Field

A new field has been added to both Report > Milestone Styles and Report > Milestone Orders.

Sample Request Quantity allows you to view sample requirement quantities directly in your milestone reporting.

Compliance > Duplicate > Valid From & Valid To Dates

We've fixed an issue where Valid From and Valid To dates in the Compliance > Duplicate pop-up were displayed one day behind the actual dates shown in the application.

Now, when you duplicate a compliance record, the Valid From and Valid To dates in the duplicate popup match the current dates from the source record.

Style > Specification > Sample Report

We've fixed an issue where updates in Style > Specification > Measurements were automatically applied to all existing Sample Reports without prompting you to confirm.

Now, when any of these fields are modified in the Specification, an option to Refresh Measurements appears in Style > Samples > Edit Sample Report. You can choose when to apply the updated measurement data to your Sample Reports, giving you control over when changes are reflected.

Order > Duplicate > Colour Swatch

We've fixed an issue where the colour swatch or image in Order > Duplicate Order (when using Copy Colour and Quantities) was incorrect.

Now, when you duplicate an order and tick the Copy Colour and Quantities, the colour swatch and image correctly display the new style's colour for the duplicated order.

Style > Specification > Sketch Images

We've fixed an issue where sketch images in Style > Specifications > Sketches were incorrectly deleted when adding or refreshing a Spec Template.

Now, when you add a Spec Template or refresh an existing one, any sketch images you've uploaded are preserved. Additionally, if the Spec Template includes sketch images in its setup, those images are automatically added to the Sketches section.

Report > Milestone Styles & Orders > Sample Request Received Date

The Sample Request Received Date field has been removed from both Report > Milestone Styles and Report > Milestone Orders.

This column is no longer available in the Order Details or Style Details options when configuring these reports.
