Order Conversion

The Order application has been significantly improved for better user experience, making it easier and more intuitive to navigate and manage your orders.

What's New:

  • Testing Tab — A new comprehensive testing section that enables you to manage quality assurance tests, track test completion, and maintain detailed test documentation for each order.

  • Style Details Section — Manage the Style Definition, Style Specification, Style Samples through a new consolidated section that provides convenient pop-up views. This centralised approach eliminates the need to navigate between multiple tabs.

  • Colours & Pricing Section — Consolidated into a single, streamlined section that combines quantity allocation and pricing configuration in one unified workflow.

What's Improved:

  • Enhanced Sidebar Widgets — The sidebar widgets have been redesigned for better clarity and accessibility, providing quicker access to essential order information and tools.
  • Enhanced Collaboration ToolsFiles, Comments, and Forms are now accessible directly from the sidebar widgets, providing quick access to essential collaboration features without navigating away from the main order view.
  • Date Display — Date fields throughout the Order application now display in the main Order page, making it easier to track important timelines and deadlines.

While there are not so much functionality changes, these visual and usability improvements ensure that all existing features remain fully accessible whilst being presented in a more user-friendly interface.

Costing Conversion

We've converted the Costing application to deliver a significantly improved user interface and overall user experience, with enhanced functionality for all three Costing types: Component, Retail, and Import.

Component Costing Type

What's New:

  • New Sidebar Widgets — Added sidebar widgets for comments, files, and created/updated dates, providing quick access to essential costing information.
  • Components Section — Streamlined to allow only one component per costing, with the unit column now read-only to prevent editing conflicts.
  • Supplier Section — Improved UI with a dedicated action column for comments and delete operations, making supplier management more intuitive.

Retail Costing Type

What's New:

  • New Sidebar Widgets — Added sidebar widgets to easily centralise key information in one location.
  • Customer Section — Simplified to focus on essential fields: Customer, Tax, and Arrival Zone.
  • Supplier Section — Improved UI with a dedicated action column for comments and delete operations.
  • Deprecated Sections — Removed the following sections to streamline the interface: Colour, Internal, Cost of Sales, License Royalty, Components, Files, and Comments.

  • Style Section — Enhanced with multi-style support and inline editing for key pricing fields. Added convenient pop-ups for Total Cost of Sales, Total License Royalty, and Total Component Cost.

What's New:

  • New Sidebar Widgets — Added sidebar widgets for comments, files, created/updated dates, and Required EBIT, centralising key information in one accessible location.
  • Customer Section — Simplified to focus on essential fields: Customer, Tax, and Arrival Zone.
  • Supplier Section — Improved UI with a dedicated action column for comments and delete.
  • Deprecated Sections — Removed the following sections to streamline the interface: Colour, Internal, Cost of Sales, License Royalty, Components, Files, and Comments.

Import Costing Import Costing

  • Style Section — Enhanced with multi-style support and inline editing for key pricing fields. The Colours section is now integrated directly into the Style section.
