Release Notes - 13th of January 2026

Site Settings > Style > General Settings > eCommerce

You can now add and remove columns in the Similar Styles section, enabling you to create a customised view that displays exactly the information you need. This functionality provides three column types to choose from:

  • Free Text - Add custom text fields to capture any additional information relevant to your similar styles.

  • Tags - Use tags to categorise and organise your similar styles for easier filtering and management.

  • Colours - Displays a comprehensive list of all colours available in the eCommerce > Colours section of the current Style.

Improvement

Order UI

We've made several improvements to enhance the display of Order application:

  • Customer Ref No. Position - The Customer Ref No. field has been moved to be located in the Style Details section.
  • Colour Quantity & Pricing - The Colours & Pricing section has been renamed to Colour Quantity & Pricing for clearer identification.
  • Sizes Display - The sizes section now displays more than 4 sizes. When 10 or more sizes are available, a + icon is displayed to indicate additional sizes can be viewed.

Order Improvements Order Improvements

Fixed

Order > Critical Path > Activity > Email Notification

We've fixed an issue where email notifications for activities in Order > Critical Path were not being sent to members, even when they were mentioned in the activity.

Now, email notifications are successfully sent to members whenever an activity is created in the Critical Path.

Order > Definition > Qty & T.Qty

We've fixed an issue where decimal values entered in the Qty (Quantity) and T.Qty (Total Quantity) columns of the Order > Definition were being automatically rounded up.

Now, decimal values are preserved and displayed correctly in both columns.

Order > Colours & Pricing > Add Colour > Ratio Calculation

We've fixed an issue in the Order > Colours & Pricing > Add Colour pop-up where users were unable to break up ratio packs.

Now, using the ratio calculator will correctly return calculated quantities for every size column.

Order > Critical Path > Section Headings

We've resolved an issue where the Section column was still displayed in Order > Critical Path even when displaying the Section header option was disabled in Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Critical Path.

Now, when the Section header option is disabled, the Section column is correctly hidden in the Order > Critical Path view.

Order > Samples > Sample Report

Measurements > Specifications Update

We've addressed two issues related to specification updates in Order > Samples > Sample Report > Measurements:

We've resolved an issue where clicking the Specifications Update icon and confirming to update the Style Specifications would successfully update the Style > Specification measurements, but the Order > Specification measurements were not being updated.

On the other hand, we've fixed an issue where confirming to generate a new specification document version after the Specification updates would not create the document in Order > Documents.

Now, when you update specifications:

  • Both Style > Specification and Order > Specification measurements are correctly updated.
  • New specification document versions are properly generated and appear in Order > Documents.

Measurements > Text Format

We've also fixed an issue where measurements copied into the Sample Report were displaying with the coloured and bold fonts as configured in Style > Specification.

Now, measurements are copied into the Sample Report without any formatting (colours or bold fonts), ensuring a clean and consistent appearance in the report.

Order > Colours & Pricing > Colourway In Store

We've fixed an issue where the Colourway In Store date was not automatically populated when this option was enabled in Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Colourway In Store date.

Now, when enabled, the date is automatically populated.

Order > Colours & Pricing > Sub Totals by Colour

We've fixed an issue where Sub Totals were not being displayed in the Colours & Pricing section when enabled in Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Order Quantity.

Sub Totals now appear correctly when the option is enabled.

Order Search > Order Quantity

We've fixed an issue where the Order Quantity was not being displayed in the Order Search view.

The Order Quantity is now correctly displayed in the Search view, allowing you to view quantity information when searching for orders.

Order > Shared with Agent

We've fixed an issue where clicking the Share icon to share an order with an Agent did not work.

Now, the Share functionality works correctly, allowing you to successfully share orders with Agents as intended.

Style > Costing History

We've fixed an issue with the Costing History in Style. The system was not correctly including all costing items, particularly when different costing numbers existed for similar style numbers.

Now all costing items are properly included in the Costing History for Style.

Shipping Search > Export > Total Freight Cost & Total Tariff Cost

Previously, there were no values in Total Freight Cost and Total Tariff Cost columns of the exported file from the Shipping search view.

This has been fixed.
