Release Notes - 14th of January 2026

Order > Critical Path > Section Column

We've fixed an issue where the approval tick boxes were no longer displayed in Order > Critical Path when the Section column was set as hidden in the Site Settings > Order > General Settings > Critical Path.

Now, the approval tick boxes are displayed under the Group column.

Order > Forms

We've fixed an issue where incorrect data was being displayed in the Forms, including incorrect information for Order Number, Style Number, Description, and Factory fields.

Now, the downloaded Forms correctly display accurate data for all fields.

Order > Colour Quantity & Pricing > Copy Colourway and Quantities

We've fixed an error where the duplicate function was displaying an error message when copying from a colour that was set up with multiple colourlines in the Copy colourway and quantity pop-up.

Now, the duplicate function works correctly when copying from colours with multiple colourlines, allowing you to save without encountering an error.

Order > Samples > Sample Report

We've restored the ability to enter alphanumerical text in the Measured Value (V) and Revised Value (R) fields in Order > Samples > Sample Report.

Now, both the Measured Value (V) and Revised Value (R) fields accept alphanumerical text input, allowing you to enter text as needed.

Report > Costing > Forecasted Margin

We've fixed an issue in the Costing Report where the Forecasted Margin values were displayed incorrectly and were not being updated to reflect the values in the Costing. Additionally, the Style Number was displaying incorrectly in the report.

Now, all values in the Forecasted Margin section correctly reflect the corresponding values from the Costing, and the Style Number is displayed accurately in the report.

Report > Order > Milestone Orders > Export

We've fixed an issue in Report > Order > Milestone Orders > Export where the activity completed date was not being displayed in the exported report. This issue affected activities that were previously marked as completed.

Now, the activity completed date is correctly displayed in the exported Milestone Orders report for all activities.

Order > Critical Path > Activity Due Dates

We've fixed an issue in Order > Critical Path where activity due dates configured with an offset based on an Order date (such as ETD) were not being updated when the Order date was changed.

Now, when you update an Order date (for example, the Order ETD date), activity due dates that are based on that date's offset are automatically updated in the Critical Path section.

Style/Order > Definition

We've fixed an issue in Style/Order > Definition where whole numbers were displaying with unnecessary decimal places (for example, 1 was displaying as 1.0).

Now, values are displayed exactly as entered: whole numbers display without decimal places (1 displays as 1), and decimal values display with their exact precision (example: 1.3 displays as 1.3, 1.03 displays as 1.03). This applies consistently to both the Style > Definition and Order > Definition tabs.

Style > Preview Image

We've fixed an issue in Style > Preview Image where attached images were uploading successfully but displaying sideways instead of in their correct orientation.

Now, uploaded preview images display in their correct orientation as intended.
